Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute welcomes Board-certified medical oncologist/hematologist Madhu Unnikrishnan, MD.
Fort Myers, Fla., December 2, 2022 – Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC (FCS) welcomes Board-certified medical oncologist/hematologist Madhu Unnikrishnan, MD to the statewide practice. He is providing care to patients in Flagler County at the FCS Palm Coast clinic, 61 Memorial Medical Parkway, Suite 2818, Palm Coast, Florida 32164.
FCS Chief Executive Officer Nathan H. Walcker said, “With the addition of Dr. Unnikrishnan to our team of cancer experts in Palm Coast, we are expanding our capabilities, making our world-class cancer care accessible to many more patients in Flagler County. “
Dr. Unnikrishnan received his medical degree from B.J. Medical College in Pune, India. He completed residency training at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY and was awarded a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH. Concurrently, Dr. Unnikrishnan earned a master’s in Public Health from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City.
